See below our interview with: Sven Dereze from TCM Belgium.

What are the main lessons learned from this edition of the AGM 2025?
It’s a privilege to be part of an international, multicultural team where everyone is united in working toward a common goal. Each year, we come together to streamline and standardize our processes. It’s encouraging to witness everyone’s willingness to contribute. TCM Group is a leading player in both the amicable and legal stages of managing unpaid invoices, and every year we are reminded of why we continue to achieve such strong results

What impact should the AGM have on the company’s next steps?
The board has been entrusted by its shareholders with the task of being even more forward-thinking across various domains. In the coming year, we will closely monitor numerous International regulations, further optimize our IT processes, and actively seek out creative ideas to maintain our strong market position

What are your priorities as Chairman from now on?
Working closely with my board of directors and CEO to achieve all our goals

Are there any new initiatives you plan to lead soon?
For many years, I have had the privilege of working alongside our outgoing CEO, Shaun Duncan. My main responsibility at this time is to present, together with our board of directors, the collaboration with a new CEO to our members in the coming weeks. I look forward to achieving all our objectives with the new CEO, just as we consistently did with Shaun in the past.
