What are your expectations for the 2025 AGM?
Especially since it’s the first one, with Credit Limits as a current participant. All of us at CLI, including myself, are incredibly excited to be hosting this years Congress and AGM in London. Not only is it our first AGM as hosts, but it marks the pivotal celebration of being the 30th AGM for the TCM Group. For me, this will be my first TCM AGM and I am really looking forward to meeting the TCM group members on a personal level and understanding more about the network as a whole. CLI are such proud members of the TCM and I do hope all attendees take value and insight from the week we have planned.
Share your experience of hosting this great event?
So much preparation has gone into making this AGM & 30th Celebration a success. Personally, I am delighted to be giving a presentation on UK Amicable Collections and I think it will be really useful to give our TCM Members a more indepth understanding of recovery in the UK. Whilst I have met many TCM Members at different conferences, being able to all gather in London this year (and annually) and learn new things collectively is what makes our network so great.
Any additional comments?
I think it is really important for all companies to invite some of their staff along to these events, it assists their knowledge and helps to build stronger networks. Personally, being given this opportunity means a lot to me. As the face of CLI’s sales, client relationships and also being heavily involved with TCM Members, attending this event will certainly leave me with some wonderful memories, improved relationships and a wider knowledge of international collections. I look forward to attending many more AGM’s and having the ‘yearly’ catch up with the network.
