By DevManagerAdmin | Apr 30, 2025

TCM conducted interviews with the shareholders of the TCM Group to understand their expectations for the 30th Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2025 in London. As we approach this milestone event, we gathered insights from key stakeholders about their perspectives, goals, and what they anticipate from this important gathering.

See below our interview with: Ingrid Viana from Way Back and TCM Brazil.

Share your expectations for the AGM 2025 (AGM London 2025).
I am truly looking forward to the 2025 AGM in London! Each year brings new connections, perspectives, and opportunities for collaboration and we cannot expect nothing less this time. London is an exciting setting and we hope to leave feeling inspired, energised and even more aligned with the global debt recovery community that is TCM group.

Share a remarkable moment that happened during an AGM you attended.
A truly defining moment for me was the 2023 AGM in France, the first time we were able to meet in person with our international partners after the long and challenging pandemic period. For me, this reunion was especially meaningful because, in addition to the joy of reconnecting in person again, it was a powerful reminder of the resilience of our industry. We exchanged new strategies, new perspectives and shared experiences that reshaped the way we work, so it was a clear turning point in rebuilding stronger and more agile partnerships.

Share a funny story that happened to you at an AGM you participated in.
To be honest, I cannot think of a single specific moment, but most of the social activities and tours during the AGMs end up being truly memorable and fun, not just because of the places we visit, but because they offer a chance to connect with colleagues and their families on a more personal and relaxed level. It is during those moments (sharing a laugh on a bus tour or trying unfamiliar local food together), that some of the best memories are created.

What does the AGM mean to you?
The AGM is much more than a corporate event — it is a space to build trust, learn from others and strengthen our global network. It is where strategies are refined, ideas are exchanged and friendships and partnerships are created.

If you could describe the AGM in one word, what would it be?
Inspiring.
