TCM conducted interviews with the shareholders of the TCM Group to understand their expectations for the 30th Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2025 in London. As we approach this milestone event, we gathered insights from key stakeholders about their perspectives, goals, and what they anticipate from this important gathering.

Share your expectations for the AGM 2025 (AGM London 2025).
My feelings about AGM 2025 are particular. On the one hand, there is the expectation and nerves of being the first AGM in which I will participate as a representative of SINTESIS in the meetings. On the other hand, there is the sadness of having to do so for such an important loss as my father, who attended almost every AGM.
Anyway, I hope to be able to rise to the occasion.
Share a remarkable moment that happened during an AGM you attended.
I was present at the two AGMs held in Argentina (2004 and 2018) but only attended the dinners and tours, especially in 2018. I remember chatting with many of the attendees and the charity dinners when the auctions were held which were great fun.
Share a funny story that happened to you at an AGM you participated in.
The moment I remember most is on the weekend tour in 2018 when we visited Iguazu Falls. Coming back from the boat ride we were all wet and tired, I saw a shareholder friend lying sleeping on a bench, and I couldn’t help but take a picture of him. Afterwards I showed him the picture and we were laughing about the situation. It was funny.
What does the AGM mean to you?
I remember talks with my father where he told me that AGMs have working moments where seriousness is present; and fun moments in and out of meetings.
Those talks make me think that in my first time as a representative I will experience that and much more.
If you could describe the AGM in one word, what would it be?
I don’t think it is possible to define it in one word. I would define it as an opportunity to strengthen relationships with colleagues from all over the world, both business and friendship.
