Hubert Czapinski

A lawyer, passionate about international debt collection, striving for excellence, and always open to new challenges, he has been active in the debt collection industry since 1996. Specializations: international B2B/B2G/G2B debt collection, transnational claims, international trade financing, receivables insurance, and insurance recourses.

Since 2023, owner and CEO of Debtus – TCM Poland, a company specializing in international debt collection and servicing export credit insurance agencies and insurers worldwide.

Hubert has been a Director of TCM Group International since 2012, and served as Chairman of the Board from 2013 to 2019. In 2019, he was appointed Honorary Director of the company and re-elected as a Director in 2025. He is also a partner at the Brillaw law firm and Chairman of the Council of the Polish Debt Management Association.

The only constant in life is constant change. I always approach it with a smile. My passions include exploring other cultures, engaging in long conversations with foreign friends far from home, water sports, and mixed martial arts. Kitesurfing, windsurfing, sailing, Krav Maga, and Vale Tudo have taught me respect for nature and every opponent, because true skills require patience, humility, and genuine modesty—harmony in movement, mind, and body.
