CHUNYANG [JEFF] LI

Jeff Li founded Qingdao Inter-Credit Group in 1997 and has since led the company to become a leading name in China’s credit management industry. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Ocean University of China and was elected to the Board of Directors of TCM Group in 2025 again.

With a clear strategic vision, Jeff has expanded the company’s service network to over 650 cities and 40 branches across China. In 2008, he guided Inter-Credit onto the global stage by joining international organizations such as TCM Group and FCIB. The company was also the first in the industry to achieve ISO9001 and ISO27001 certifications.

As an industry pioneer, Jeff has embraced financial technology and introduced AI to improve risk control services. He is a strong advocate of “Fair Collection,” promoting ethical practices and industry standardization while protecting client interests.
