Being a part of the Upper Class Collections Group, our Philippines office is the sixth registered office since starting operations in 2006 and our fifth office in Asia. Our Philippines office remains committed to upholding the values of the TCM Group and maintaining the levels of service it is famous for.
Considering local geography, our business model in the Philippines has been to expand onto different islands. We currently have team members on Negros Island, Cebu Island, Pampanga, Manilla, Cavite and Laguna. With such a diverse team we are also able to speak in many of the local languages such as Hiligaynon, Tagalog, Cebuano, Ilonggo and of course English.
Maintaining the high standards expected from the TCM Group and the Upper Class Collections Group is not easy and requires extensive training of all our Filipino team. Our team is taught in all areas of the debt collection process including legal processes, debt collection techniques, skip tracing, scams, and reporting just to name a few. Our debt collection manual is currently 200 pages long.
We believe communication is what sets us apart from our competitors, every email and every message will be answered, and our reports are as concise as can be. You can receive reports fortnightly or monthly, and this is in addition to having a specialized client manager to answer all your ad hoc queries and your account managers to collect your accounts. You will never be left wondering what is happening to your accounts.
