Attorney-at-Law Kay Berg, founder and Managing Director of LSCB legal services and communication GmbH (Ltd.) in Berlin, Germany.

Admitted to the bar in 1995, he initially focused on unfair competition, trademark and internet law.

Kay’s  track record includes 15 years of dedicated service in the credit management industry, both on the German and the European level.

He currently works, among other projects, as Senior Advisor European Affairs for two financial services associations, and is an advisor to a German credit management company.

Originally from southwestern Germany, Kay still lingers for ‘real’ mountains and the delicious cuisine of his home region Baden and Alsatia.
