Keith Goodall
Together with his wife, Keith founded ICMS Systems Limited in 1990 and joined the TCM Group in 1994. A Chartered Accountant he is a director of Keith Goodall & Associates (KGA Limited), a specialist accounting practice based in Auckland and also a director of substantial companies in the Health, Education, Telecommunications, Energy and Distribution sectors. Until recently he was deputy chairman of a “top 200” Australian listed company and Chairman of an Australian listed company operating in the resources sector. He is a Fellow of the New Zealand Institute of Directors and of the Chartered Institute of Secretaries. He has authored and presented continuing education courses for the The Institute of Chartered Accountants of New Zealand and also held a Government board appointment to a State Owned Enterprise.

(2003-2005) Etienne etablert TCM Belgia i 1993 etter 15 år i oljeindustrien (bensinstasjonar, kjemikalier, forsikring).TCM Belgia ble medlem av TCM Group i 1994.
